Technology of Fire-proof Board

The manufacturing process of fireproof board is made of advanced imported decorative paper and imported kraft paper by soaking, drying, high temperature and high pressure. Firstly, the imported decorative paper and imported kraft paper are soaked in the reaction tank of melamine resin and benzophenol resin respectively. After soaking for a period of time, they are dried separately and cut. In the required size, these impregnated decorative papers are stacked with several kraft papers (depending on the thickness of the fireproof board), placed under a press, under a high temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit (about 150 degrees Celsius), under a pressure of 1430 pounds per square inch, continuously balanced pressure for an hour, and then trimmed, sanded and finished. Quality inspection and other steps are made.
